What are my Payment options?

We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and online checks. 

We offer a flexible payment schedule for our hosting accounts, either Monthly or Quarterly.

All development contracts are written as 1/2 down with the balance due upon completion.

Does Lake City Webs have any restrictions on the content it develops?

Yes. As a web service provider and content developer we have a responsibility to our customers as well as the general community. We do not allow adult web sites on our servers and we cannot allow any sites that are illegal in content. If you feel that your site might fall into a category that might be offensive or that is outside of normal business, You will need to Contact Us.
All sites that fall into this category may be subject to cancellation with out warning. If the account is canceled all collected payments and the remainder of the months service will not be refunded.
It is very important that you be responsible for your content and if you are not sure please Contact Us.

Does Lake City Webs offer customer support?

Yes, We provide unlimited support to all our Hosting customers via E-Mail, NetMeeting or Telephone. Customers needing support for Web design related issues must have a Maintenance contract with Lake City Webs to receive 24 Hour Customer Support.

NetMeeting

NetMeeting is a tool developed by Microsoft for Internet communications such as Video and Voice conferencing, Tech support chat, file sharing, and more! We use NetMeeting for support or LIVE answers to your questions. 
If you already have NetMeeting set up on your computer you can see if we are online at our Support conference call pages. Just choose your support department below & click the telephone to call us.
